Lindsay’s approach to health extends beyond physiotherapy.
She is a qualified yoga instructor, teaching Vinyasa yoga through both group and individual sessions. She also incorporates elements of mindfulness into her work, supporting a more integrated approach to recovery and wellbeing.
This blend of physiotherapy, movement, and mindfulness allows her to treat not just injury, but the person as a whole.
Lindsay remains a part-owner of Off Nicol Health, Wellness and Rehab in Johannesburg, a multidisciplinary centre focused on integrated patient care.
